Farm-City Tour shows off sustainable agriculture
Nearly 50 participants took part in this year's Oconee County Farm-City Tour, receiving up-close-and-personal glimpses of sustainable agriculture, inventive artisans and the community's only dairy operation.

Clifton Ward may be the only man alive who's had his picture taken with the famous Elsie the Cow - he still has the photo from 1943 - and President Jimmy Carter. The Oconee County man's interest and knowledge of cattle took him from Georgia to the Oval Office and New York City.
